This is a vintage Fortaine automatic wristwatch, New Old Stock (NOS), 100% original, stainless steel back, dating from the 1970s.

It is a casual and uncommon wristwatch featuring a faceted crystal. Perfect for daily wear or for a collection. It comes with its original bracelet.

All our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty.

State of use: NOS (New Old Stock), never worn.
Gender: Men's or unisex.
General condition: Excellent, 9.8/10 (on a NOS scale).
Working condition: Running perfectly, all functions operating correctly.
Functions: Time, Date, quick-set date.
Movement: Automatic, self-winding, 17-jewel automatic movement, FE 4611 French made, running perfectly, fully serviced and guaranteed.
Dial / Hands: Perfect condition, green iridescent dial with pinstripes.
Case: Perfect condition, base metal and stainless steel, may have a very few and very superficial light scratches for being stored with other watches for decades,
this one has the Portugal Hallmark on the crown side.
Bracelet: Original, stainless steel, in perfect condition.
Crystal: Original Plexiglas crystal, faceted, a beauty!, in perfect condition, no scratches.
Crown: Original, in perfect condition.

The movement is in perfect condition and has been serviced and regulated by our watchmaker, a specialist in vintage watches, at our facilities.
The service includes complete disassembly, cleaning of every component, and proper lubrication using only Swiss-made products.

After servicing, the watch undergoes a 24-hour watch winder test, allowing the lubricants to settle correctly in the jeweled bearings, escapement,
and mainspring barrel while verifying reliable operation before final regulation.

A one-year warranty is included.

Our watches have not been water-resistance tested. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any water damage. Please do not expose the watch to water or immerse it.

No original box or papers.
The watch will be delivered in a Vintage Watch Place presentation box, securely packaged for shipping, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and warranty.

All our watches are covered by one year warranty of operation, if the warranty has expired, you can send us the watch to budget the repair, in both cases, the shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility, both outbound and return. If the use of the warranty is justified, return shipping costs will be paid by Vintage Watch Place, the original returning costs will be paid by the buyer. The warranty is personal and non-transferable, it can only be used by the original buyer. The warranty of our watches is limited only to the movement, including all its functions, such as calendar, moon phases, chronograph, etc. The case, cover, glass, bracelet, dial and hands are excluded from our warranty, also the batteries in quartz watches and the problems for not follow the recommendations of use, especially the ones related to the maintenance and use of the watch and the waterresistance of the watch. The warranty does not include shaft, axes and / or pivot or jewels breaks and other failures caused by misuse of the watch, as well as problems arising from the watertighting, none of our watches will be considered waterproof or water resistant, unless it is specified in the description, in that case, a waterproof test will be attached on description.
