We work with TNT (Fedex), UPS, Seur, Correos Express and Correos de España.
The estimated delivery time for European Union is 48/72 hours if the watch value is under €394 and 24/48 hours if up (except Northern Ireland and Sweden 72-96 hours), it can be more depending on the time of the day you order the product.
The estimated delivery time for outside European Union depends on your country customs policies and offices, on the time you take to respond to the customs office and on some more variables.
For example, if you're in USA, you respond fast to customs once package arrives and no problems during shipping occur, you may receive the package in 2 to 3 working days, but it can't be guaranteed.

Return policy
You can return unused and complete items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

Política de devoluciones
Puede devolver los artículos sin usar y completos dentro de los 14 días de la entrega para obtener un reembolso completo.
